Let op: slechts 6 flessen beschikbaar. De druiven voor deze wijn komen hoofdzakelijk uit het perceel "Corvée des Vignes" gelegen in het noordelijke deel van de appellatie, dicht bij de wijngaard Meursault-Charmes. Na een zachte persing vond de vinificatie plaats in eikenhouten vaten, waarvan 33% nieuw. Tijdens de rijping werd de wijn regelmatig geroerd (bâtonnage) om aan intensiteit en verfijning te winnen. De totale rijping op de vaten duurde 14 maanden. De wijn heeft een goudgele kleur. Een prachtige neus waarin brioche, crëme Brûlée en amandelen zijn de ontdekken. De smaak is verfijnd en subtiel. De wijn kan minimaal nog zo'n 6 jaar doorrijpen.

Edouard Delaunay is a Burgundian winery from Nuits-Saint-Georges. The selection includes both white Puligny-Montrachet and red Gevrey-Chambertin. The house works with carefully selected plots, separate vinification and ripening.
