No sale to minors
Please note that we are not allowed to sell alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 years of age and are legally required to carry out an age check on delivery. We therefore ask you to have an ID proof for our (PostNL) deliveryman at hand to ensure that a check is smooth and fast.
To order wines via Wijnhandel Gommers (wijnhandelgommers.nl) you must be at least 18 years old. If it turns out that this isn't the case after age control, the parcel delivery guy will take the package back with him. The costs associated with the outward and return shipment are collected on our customer, in this case we only refund the un deliverable wine.
The Dutch government has strict rules and laws to protect young people from the effects of alcohol. We respect these rules and do everything in our power to comply with them. This means that we do not sell wines to minors both online and in our physical shop.
