These general terms and conditions of are based on the law 'Buy Remote'

General

1. By your order you indicate that you agree to our terms and conditions.
2. All amounts shown on this website are in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. We are not responsible for import errors, which unintentionally indicates the wrong selling price for one or more products. We reserve the right to adjust sales prices.
4. After receiving your order you will always receive an e-mail from us confirming your order.
5. All our products are usually available from stock. If the order is no longer in stock, we will contact you by email or telephone.

Payment & Delivery

1. We accept the following payment method: IDEAL.
2. The ordered products will be shipped in accordance with the shipping method specified by you at the time of ordering. Unfortunately, it is not possible to book without your payment being received by us. We cannot deliver on account via this web shop.

Exchange & Returns

1. Exchanges and returns must be registered on our website within 14 days of receipt of your order. It is only possible to return via the return procedure as described on the return page. Not or lately registered returns will not be accepted.
2. You can only exchange or return it if you have it returned to us in exactly the same condition (with all original labels).
3. The shipping costs of a return shipment are for your own account.
4. You will remain responsible for the goods in the case of a return shipment until receipt of the goods.
5. If you do not want a replacement product, we will return the purchase amount to your account within 7 days of receipt of the return shipment. You are responsible for providing a correct account number; you can do so on the page with your personal data.
6. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to refund only part of the amount paid if the:
   • Damaged.
   • Not returned in the original package.

Privacy and Complaints

1. Wijnhandel Gommers will handle your personal data with the utmost care. If you check the order form that gives you permission to stay informed about future offers, we will use your information for this purpose. You can always withdraw this consent on the page of your personal data.
2. We will of course not provide your information to third parties in any form, except where necessary to carry out the order.
3. Complaints of any kind to or one of our employees must always be submitted by e-mail. We will respond to your complaint within 7 days.
4. These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law and in particular by the law 'Buy at a Distance'.
