Cluver (Paul), Elgin, Zuid-Afrika

  For years, Paul Cluver has been among the top 10 in South Africa. Paul Cluver sr. first planted vineyards in this cool area Elgin, located on the coast.  Elgin is best known for its many fruit and morning mist. Both winemaker Andries Burger and Paul Cluver are possessed by Riesling, Gewürztraminer and white and red Burgundy. The white wines are very pure. The Pinot Noir of Cluver is one of the best things to get in South Africa every year.
