Deze halfzoete Madeira is gemaakt van de zeldzame druivensoort Terrantez. Je komt niet veel wijngaarden meer tegen op het eiland waar deze soort nog staat. Het is dan ook een unieke Madeira die ook maar zeer beperkt leverbaar is ( 3 flessen ). Totaal zijn er 992 flessen van 0.75Ltr. gebotteld van deze Madeira. Helaas niet goedkoop maar een uniek ervaring om te proeven. Deze Madeira blijft zeker nog tot het jaar 2100 goed drinkbaar, maar ook nog ver de volgende eeuw in.

The producer
Cossart-Gordon, Madeira
Cossart Gordon is the oldest house in Madeira, founded in 1745 by William Gordon and Francis Newton. In 1808, the Scot William Cossart joined. Now Cossart Gordon is part of the family business of the Madeira Wine Company that also owns Blandy.
