Opgericht in 1745, daarmee is Cossart-Gordon het oudste bedrijf in de Madeira handel. Deze Madeira is zoet, met in de geur gedroogde vruchten, vanille en toffee. Krachtige, complexe smaak waarin de gedroogde vruchten weer teugkomen. Heerlijk bij chocoladedesserts of harde kazen.

Cossart-Gordon, Madeira
Cossart Gordon is the oldest house in Madeira, founded in 1745 by William Gordon and Francis Newton. In 1808, the Scot William Cossart joined. Now Cossart Gordon is part of the family business of the Madeira Wine Company that also owns Blandy.
