Enorm feestelijk, deze roze Italiaanse mousserende wijn. Hij is zachtroze van kleur. Zeer elegant van geur, met vooral veel klein rood fruit van aardbeitjes en bessen. Met een fijne, zachte mousse. De smaak is fris en intens met ook wat specerijen. Spijs & moment
Een bubbel om op vele momenten te ontkurken. Heerlijk bij een gezellige lunch met gerookte zalm of prosciutto di Parma. Feestelijk als aperitief. Of anders goed te serveren bij wat lichtere dinergerechten. Denk vooral in de richting van vis.At a glance
