Onder de Côte d'Or ligt de Côte Chalonnaise. Hier ligt vlakbij het bekendere dorp Rully, Bouzeron. Hier groeien in de A.O.P. Bouzeron de Aligoté druiven die gebruikt zijn voor deze wijn. Bouzeron is met zijn 47 hectare wijngaard de enige A.O.P. waar alleen maar deze druivensoort groeit. Het is een frisse droge wijn met aangename zuren. De wijn heeft een lichte houtrijping ondergaan.
