Dit is een blend van drie Pinot druivenrassen namelijk Grauer Burgunder, Weisser Burgunder en Chardonnay. Alle drie komen uit de topwijngaarden van dit huis. De wijn is vergist en gerijpt op eikenhouten vaten en dit maakt dat je deze wijn met gemak mag vergelijken qua smaak en stijl met een Bourgogne. Dit is een echte "eetwijn", heerlijk bij vis met een romige saus, gevogelte, vederwild of kalfsvlees, maar ook een mooi gerecht met paddenstoelen vaart wel met deze wijn als begeleider.
