Het druivenras Petit Verdot geeft deze wijn een ferme smaak en goede structuur, de wijn heeft enige tijd gerijpt op Franse eikenhouten vaten. Heerlijk bij vleesgerechten van de grill.

Water Gorge Estate, In 2004 this beautiful wine estate was purchased by Paul Boutinot. Water gorge is located on the Schaapenberg in Somerset West, Stellenbosch, only three kilometers away from the ocean. The vineyards for the Water Gorge wines are located on the upper slopes of this domain, 300 meters above sea level.
