Deze krachtige rode wijn is gemaakt van biologisch geteelde druiven en bestaat uit 73% Syrah, 11% Petit Verdot en 16% Merlot. Diep donkerrood van kleur met naast veel rood fruit ook kruiden en een lichte vanilletoets van de rijping op eikenhouten vaten. Waterkloof Estate, In 2004 werd dit schitterende wijndomein aangekocht door Paul Boutinot. Waterkloof is gelegen op de Schaapenberg in Somerset West, Stellenbosch, slechts drie kilometer verwijderd van de oceaan. De wijngaarden voor de Waterkloof wijnen zijn gelegen op de bovenste hellingen van dit domein, 300 meter boven de zeespiegel. Ze worden gekenmerkt door hun minerale karakter en elegante stijl op het domein word volledig Biodynamisch gewerkt.

Water Gorge Estate, In 2004 this beautiful wine estate was purchased by Paul Boutinot. Water gorge is located on the Schaapenberg in Somerset West, Stellenbosch, only three kilometers away from the ocean. The vineyards for the Water Gorge wines are located on the upper slopes of this domain, 300 meters above sea level.
