Let op: jaargang op foto wijkt. Een heerlijke rosé die menige Prôvence rosé doet verbleken. Zalmrose van kleur, intense neus en zacht, vriendelijk en vol van smaak. Gemaakt van één druivensoort, Mourvèdre. Deze rosé kan zeer goed ouderen en wint daarmee aan smaak en intensiteit.

Waterkloof Estate, Stellenbosch, Zuid-Afrika
Water Gorge Estate, In 2004 this beautiful wine estate was purchased by Paul Boutinot. Water gorge is located on the Schaapenberg in Somerset West, Stellenbosch, only three kilometers away from the ocean. The vineyards for the Water Gorge wines are located on the upper slopes of this domain, 300 meters above sea level.
