Deze wijn is van de "oude school" dus niet jammerig of met een zoetje maar lekker ouderwets, gemaakt met wilde gistcellen en gerijpt op grote eikenhouten foeders om aan smaak en complexiteit te winnen.

Waterkloof Estate, Stellenbosch, Zuid-Afrika
Water Gorge Estate, In 2004 this beautiful wine estate was purchased by Paul Boutinot. Water gorge is located on the Schaapenberg in Somerset West, Stellenbosch, only three kilometers away from the ocean. The vineyards for the Water Gorge wines are located on the upper slopes of this domain, 300 meters above sea level.
