Dit is een complexe terroirwijn afkomstig van de oudste Nizza-wijngaard in Agliano Terme. Na de gisting rijpt de wijn maar liefst 18 maanden op kleine eikenhouten vaten en aansluitend 1 jaar op fles. Het is een intense aromatische wijn met een rijke structuur. Je proeft donkere kersen,zoethout, tabak, cacao, specerijen en balsamico. De wijn wordt ongefilterd gebotteld.
