Zeer frisse stijl, niet overdreven aromatisch. Geuren van lychee, meloen en kruiden. Strak droog en verfrisend. Drink deze wijn bij pittige visgerechten, Oosterse gerechten of krachtige kazen (b.v. Munster).
Viñedos Emiliana is in 1986 opgericht en focust zich sinds zijn oprichting op het produceren van kwaliteitswijnen uit wijngaarden die eigendom zijn van het bedrijf. Het uitgangspunt van het bedrijf is: “De kwaliteit ontstaat in onze wijngaarden” en met dat in het achterhoofd wordt constant geïnvesteerd in kwaliteitsverbetering. De wijngaarden liggen in de streken Maipu, Casablanca en Rapel, alle drie gerenommeerde Chileense wijnstreken. In 1998 werd een apart dochterbedrijf opgericht, Emiliana Orgánico, dat zich geheel toelegt op het produceren van biologische wijnen, onder toeziend oog van Alvaro Espinoza.

The producer
Bio " O ", Chili (biologisch) Viñedos Emiliano
Viñedos Emiliana was founded in 1986 and has since been founded focused on producing quality wines from vineyards owned by the company. The vineyards are located in the Maipo region, Casablanca and Rapel, all three renowned Chilean wine regions. In 1998 a separate company, Emiliana Orgánico (Elemental and Bio "O"), was created to produce organic wines under the supervision of Alvaro Espinoza.
