Deze wijn van de autochtone druivensoort Albana is vergist en gerijpt op amphoren uit Georgië. Dit geeft de wijn een zeer eigen karakter. Je zou dit een "Orange Wine" kunnen noemen. Zeer aparte maar karaktervolle wijn waarin het fruit meer op de achtergrond is en de gronderigheid van de amphora de boventoon voert.
