Deze Gewürztraminer uit Alto-Adige is verrassend geurig. Lijkt in geur en smaak veel op een Elzasser Gewürztraminer maar is fragieler, subtieler en minder dik dan zijn Franse broer en veel droger van smaak. Een genot bij sterke geurende, rijpe kazen of een Oosterse maaltijd.
