Deze speciale droge witte wijn is gemaakt van Kabar is een kruising van Hárslevelü x Bouvier. De wijn is vergist en vervolgens 6 maanden gerijpt op eikenhouten vaten met Battonage ( het omroeren van de gistcellen in het vat ), dit zorgt voor een aangename zachte en ronde smaak. In de geur iets van lindebloesem, honing en vanille van het hout. een perfecte maaltijdbegeleider waarbij je kunt denken aan iets stevigere visgerechten, gevogelte of Vitello Tonnato.
