Dit is een blend met een hoog aandeel van het druivenras Pinotage (62%) aangevuld met Cabernet Sauvigon (35%) en Merlot (3%). De wijn heeft gedurende 18 maanden gerijpt op grote Franse eikenhouten vaten van 500 liter. Het is een Gulle, volle rode wijn met zacht vol rood zomerfruit als pruim, kers en braam. Een heerlijk glas bij een lekker stuk vlees zoals, eend, springbok, zacht gegaard varkensspek of een mooie steak.
