Rijke, weelderige sherry, donkerbruin van kleur. Zeer aromatisch in de neus. De smaak is vol en zoet met een weelderige afdronk. serveer deze sherry bij voorgerechten waarin eenden- of ganzenlever is verwerkt, maar het allerlekkerst bij cocolade desserts.
