Deze Fino is een speciale selectie die 4 jaar rijpt in criador systeem en 2 keer per jaar ongefilterd op fles gaat. Deze sherry is bedoeld om jong te drinken als deze nog vers is. De smaak is krachtiger en complexer dan een gefilterde Fino. Deze en Rama is perfect te combineren met vis, schaal- en scheldieren.
