Een oude Oloroso van El Maestro Sierra uit Jerez. Deze droge sherry krijgt zijn karakter door een langdurige rijping op houten vaten met zuurstofcontact. Dat is een andere stijl dan een onder flor gerijpte Fino. Een versterkte wijn voor wie de ontwikkelde kant van sherry wil ontdekken.
