Deze wijn is gemaakt van oude Cabernet Franc stokken die staan op le coteau de Bourgeuil, Het is een rode soepele wijn die gerijpt is op eikenhouten vaten. Met de jaren krijgt deze wijn een aroma van gerijpt zwart fruit. Een perfecte begeleider van gevogelte.
