Aurelio Montes vond in de Apalta- en Machigüe vallei, beide in de regio Colchagua de perfecte condities voor het verbouwen van druiven op de hellingen van de bergen. Dit is een heerlijke Cabernet met veel donkerrood fruit in de geur en smaak en een zachte romigheid door het gebruik van eikenhouten vaten.
