In 1995 noemde Miguel Torres de vallei van Empedrado al als een van de beste gebieden voor de verbouw van druiven. Miguel Torres koos voor het druivenras Pinot Noir en de jaargang 2014 is twintig jaar later een van de beste wijnen van Chili. De oplage van deze wijn is uiterst beperkt, maar 3215 flessen, 36 magnums en 2 jeroboam werden er geproduceerd in dit jaar.
