Deze rode wijn is gemaakt van biologisch geteelde druiven (80% Tempranillo en 20% Merlot). Merlot zorgt hier voor de romigheid. Intense robijnrode kleur. Door langere schil-inweking krijgt men een wijn met aroma's van kersen, aardbeien en frambozen. Stevige tannines. Krachtig glas zonder houtrijping. Echt een Navarra-tinto die jaar in, jaar uit op hoog niveau altijd weer kwaliteit blijft leveren. Biologisch en met respect voor de natuur gemaakt. Vandaar de mooie illustraties van het lokale wild op het etiket.

The producer
Azul y Garanza, Bodegas (biologisch), Navarra-Montsant-Jumilla
The very young puppies Maria Barrena and Dani Sánchez Nogué took over the vineyards of Mary's father in 2000. In addition, they bought the old bodega from the cooperative. Both oenologists have chosen for organic viticulture.
