Het ultieme bewijs dat Beaujolais kan rijpen. Deze rode wijn ontwikkelt zich als een Bourgogne, hier geen lichtvoetig fruitige werk met een overdaad aan framboos en aardbei maar een smaakvol glas wijn wat vraagt om een lekker stuk vlees of een kaasplateau. op zijn best tussen de 5 en 10 jaar na de oogst.
