Deze dessertwijn is een blend van 65% Grenache Blanc en 535% Grenache Gris. Het oogstjaar van de druiven 1981. Het is een versterkte dessertwijn met een alcoholpercentage van 16%. De wijn heeft gedurende vele jaren gerijpt op eikenhouten vaten en hierdoor een amberbruine kleur gekregen. Een ware beleving om te drinken, de wijn is al een dessert op zichzelf. Heerlijk bij harde kazen, gebak of desserts op basis van noten of gedroogde vruchten, karamel of crème brûlée.
