Dit kleine familiebedrijf maakt een mooie, krachtige Amarone. Na de oogst laat men de druiven indrogen en pas daarna volgt de persing. Dit geeft een wijn met een overdaad aan geur en smaak. Krenten, rozijnen, zwoel rood overrijp zomerfruit en een lichte aanwezigheid van hout.
