Dit is een blend van 44% Touriga Nacional, 35% Touriga Franca, 15% Tinta Roriz, 4% Tinta Barroca en 2% Alicante Bouchet. allemaal traditionele druivensoorten die ook gebruikt worden voor de productie van port. De wijn heeft gerijpt op eikenhouten vaten en is in april 2021 gebotteld. De liefhebber van Dourowijnen koopt met deze wijn een zekerheidje want de familie Olazabal staat garant voor kwaliteit.

Quinta do Vale Meão is located in the east of the Douro, towards the Spanish border. The Olazabal family makes both wine and port here. Portuguese grape varieties such as Touriga Franca play an important role in the red wines.
