De Alvarinhodruiven voor deze wijn groeien op een granietbodem, dit geeft de wijn zijn geheel eigen stijl en specifieke smaak waarin grapefruit, perzik, citrusfruit de boventoon voeren. Proef deze wijn is naast de Solos de Xisto van hetzelfde huis. Lekker bij vettige vissen, schaal en schelpdieren en salade's.
