De Quinta (wijnboerderij) de Porto ligt hoog op een steile helling uitkijkend over de rivier de Douro. Dit is de boerderij waar Dona Antonia gewoond heeft. In de Quinta is ook een klein kappelletje waar Dona Antonia kon bidden. Via een deur in een kast op haar slaapkamer kon zij op de ballustrade van dit kappelletje komen.
Mooie, complexe port met een amberbruine kleur. Nog iets van fruit in de smaak maar ook noten, rozijnen en de warmte van de Douro proef je in deze port.

Ferreira, port
Ferreira is a Portuguese port house with in our selection Ruby, White and Late Bottled Vintage. The Ruby is fruity and accessible; at the LBV there is more strength and structure. A nice way to compare different port styles within one house.
