Droge witte wijn gemaakt van het druivenras Melon de Bourgogne. Na de gisting verbleef de wijn nog zes maanden op zijn "lie" (laag van uitgewerkte gistcellen) om aan verfijning en elegantie te winnen. Een perfecte begeleider van vis, schaal- en schelpdieren.
