Dit is een krachtige rode Bourgogne uit de 1e Cru "Montée rouge" in de AOP Beaune 1e Cru. Met deze wijn moet u nog even geduld hebben. De wijn heeft structuur en voldoende zuren en tannine's om nog vele jaren door te rijpen. Drink deze wijn pas vanaf 2023.

The producer
Château de Santenay, Bourgogne
The castle belonged to Duke Philippe-le-Hardi (1342-1404), son of the king of France. Today it covers 90 hectares of vineyard. The wines are made in a traditional way and ripen in the basements of the castle.
