Helderrode kleur, in de geur en smaak zacht. Het druivenras Pais heeft een zeer eigen aparte smaak met droge tannine's maar is erg lekker.

Pedro Parra y Familia, Itata Valley, Chili
As Dr.Terroir, Pedro is a ground expert consultant for many top wine houses such as Domaine du Comte Liger-Belair, Domaine Roulot, Biondi Santi and Zuccardi. Some years ago he started his own winery in the cool Itata Valley with all his experience. Here he produces from old sticks Cinsault and Pais, which are mainly on Granite, basalt and schist bottoms sttan, beautiful wines.
