Let op: van deze wijn hebben wij slechts 6 flessen op voorraad. Pedro Parra ziet deze wijn als een "Grand Cru" uit de Bourgogne. Druiven afkomstig van een klein perceel oude stokken Cinsault op een zanderige quartz en granietbodem. Zeer beperkte oplage, slechts 1776 flessen. Diep donkerros van kleur, In de geur rokerig maar zachte en fluwelig. Zachte, verfijnde smaak met een grote complexiteit waarin de zuren en de tannine's mooi verscholen zitten. Er is maar een "maar" aan deze wijn, de prijs is ook als van een rode Bourgogne.

Pedro Parra y Familia, Itata Valley, Chili
As Dr.Terroir, Pedro is a ground expert consultant for many top wine houses such as Domaine du Comte Liger-Belair, Domaine Roulot, Biondi Santi and Zuccardi. Some years ago he started his own winery in the cool Itata Valley with all his experience. Here he produces from old sticks Cinsault and Pais, which are mainly on Granite, basalt and schist bottoms sttan, beautiful wines.
