Deze Pinot Noir komt van druiven die groeien op een viertal terrassen met een uitstekende zonligging. Na een traditionele vinificatie rijpt de wijn op nieuwe en 1 en 2 jaar oude Franse eikenhouten vaten. Dit is een Pinot Noir die gerust 5 tot 10 jaar oud kan worden.
