Deze witte wijn is gemaakt van twee druivenrassen, Garganega en Trebbiano. De druiven worden later en extra rijp geplukt. Het resultaat is een zeer smaakvolle droge witte wijn met in de geur en smaak tonen van abrikoos, perzik en citrusvruchten. een genot bij vegetarische gerechten, gevogelte of kalfsvlees of kaas.
