De stijl van deze Sauvignon Blanc van het huis Montes is met de jaargang 2017 veranderd. Nog steeds erg geurig en fruitig maar in de smaak is duidelijk merkbaar dat de zuurgraad niet meer zo hoog is. Hierdoor is de wijn veel ronder geworden en ook beter geschikt om alleenstaand te drinken zonder begeleiding van een gerecht. Een aanrader voor de liefhebber van zachte, vriendelijke Sauvignon Blanc.
