Dit familiebedrijf wordt gerund door de familie Sanz, bestaande uit de broers Marco en Ricardo en zusje Alejandra, zij produceren de eerste biologisch gecertificeerde Verdejo uit de Rueda D.O. Een droge witte wijn met citrusfruit en frisse zuren, een heerlijk glas wijn met een stuivende neus.
