Dit is de eerste jaargang waarbij de fles niet het voor Riscal zo kenmerkende netje om de fles heeft. De reden; duurzaamheid. Aan de stijl van de wijn is echter niets veranderd. Klassiek gemaakte Rioja met veel houtrijping. Heerlijk bij lamsvlees of wildgerechten.
