De druiven voor deze wijn groeien in de D.O.C. Pomino, de hoogst gelegen wijngaarden in Toscane en zeer geschikt voor witte druivensoorten en Pinot Noir vanwege de relatief lagere temperaturen waardoor de wijnen veel frisheid behouden. De Pomino Bianco is gemaakt van Pinot Blanc en Chardonnay. Heerlijk bij visgerechten met een romige saus.
