De druiven voor deze half droge Verdelho Madeira komen uit de wijngaard van Quinta Grande, gelegen op een hoogte tussen 350 en 700 meter en is gedurende 12 jaren gerijpt op oude grote eikenhouten vaten van 700 liter in de kelders in Câmara de Lobos. de Madeira heeft een oranje bruine lichte kleur. In de geur en smaak aangename zuren, sinaasappelschil, passievrucht, nootmuskaat en een afdronk waarin iets van gember.

The history of Henriques & Henriques dates back to 1850. In that year João Goncalves de Henriques began his business in Câmara de Lobos. After his death in 1912, his sons João Joaquim and Francisco Eduardo continued the company under the current name Henriques & Henriques.
