Deze Madeira uit het oogstjaar 1977 is na 41 jaar rijping op Amerikaanse eikenhouten vaten gebotteld in 2018. Van deeze Madeira zijn maar 645 flessen (0.75Ltr.) gebotteld. Intens bruine flonkerende kleur. In de smaak en geur rijk en complex met vele lagen. Een unieke Madeira.

The producer
Blandy's, Madeira
Blandy's is part of the Madeira Wine Company, a family business of the Blandy's family with among others the brands Blandy's, Cossart-Gordon, Leacock's and Miles. Since 1811 the family has been present in the trade and production of Madeira wines, Chris Blandy the current CEO is the seventh generation. In the heart of Funchal, the family has its wine lodge in an old seventeenth-century monastery.
