De Coöperatie van La Chablisienne is een betrouwbare producent van hoogstaande Chablis wijnen. De aangesloten boeren bezitten wijngaarden in vele premier en grand cru wijngaarden en de wijnen zijn altijd van hoog niveau. Het loont zich om deze 2023 nog te bewaren tot minimaal 2028.
