Buiten de Côte d'Or en Chablis zijn de witte Rully en deze Saint-Véran twee blikvangers van dit huis. In beide A.O.C heeft men ook eigen wijngaarden. De Saint-Véran is een verfrissende, kwieke Bourgogne zonder houtlagering om zijn fuit en frisheid te bewaren. Heerlijk bij lichte visgerechten.
