Let op; de laatste 3 flessen. Het Hospices de Beaune midden in het centrum van de stad Beaune is in 1443 opgericht om de ouderen en hulpbehoevende te verzorgen. Door de jaren heen zijn er veel donaties gedaan door wijnboeren aan het Hospices. Ook Maurice Drouhin schonk een deel van zijn Beaune 1e Cru wijngaard aan het Hospices. Jaarlijks worden op de derde zondag van november de wijnen geveild van het Hospices. Het huis Joseph Drouhin neemt ieder jaar actief deel aan de veiling.

This trading house is still in family ownership. The present generation, three brothers and a sister have taken over the helm of Robert Drouhin. Robert Drouhin has made this house big and made sure that there is a healthy base.
