Jordan is het eerste wijnbedrijf dat een perceel van het druivenras Assyrtiko heeft aangeplant op een winderige,op het noorden gerichte helling in Stellenbosch, Zuid-Afrika. Het resultaat is een knisperend frisse witte wijn met citrustonen en lekker mediterraans van smaak.

The producer
Jordan Estate, Stellenbosch, Zuid-Afrika
Kathy and Gary Jordan took over the domain purchased by Gary's parents in 1982 in 1992. Gary is a geologist and used his knowledge to analyze the terroir and made sure that every grape species was planted in the right place. Their vineyards are now old enough to provide great quality wines.
