Deze Champagne is een compositie met een hoog aandeel Chardonnay, wat zorgt voor een rijkere smaak. De Champagne heeft niet 3 tot 4 jaar gerijpt op zijn lie, maar 5 jaar, wat er voor zorgt dat de smaak rijper en rijker wordt en de mousse (belletjes) zachter.
