Deze Champagne is altijd een assemblage van 35% tot 40% Chardonnay, 30% tot 35% Pinot Noir en 20% tot 25% Pinot Meunier. In de compositie altijd zo'n 25% oude reserve wijnen. De druiven komen van vele (Grand Cru) wijngaarden uit de hele champagnestreek. Een heerlijke champagne.
